Since 1892
Our house.
One hundred and thirty-four years of hospitality in the heart of the Éislek.
In 1892, the house opened its doors in Troisvierges, at the crossroads of the Luxembourg, Belgian and German Ardennes. It would live several lives: village café, grocery shop, skittle alley, brasserie, inn. Always with the same simple idea: welcome well, feed well, lodge well.
Since 2012, the Prégardien family has been writing the next chapter. The name stayed, the spirit too, and the team has grown: thirty-three of them now.
Today the house wears several hats: a bistronomy table, the widest choice of pizzas in Luxembourg from the wood-fired oven, a wine cellar and an Irish pub with its cocktails, a terrace open to the Éislek, a chalet that lights up in winter, and ten rooms to stretch the evening.
Tomorrow is already in the making: an open-air jacuzzi and sauna in spring 2027, then an extension that will bring the house to fifteen rooms.
The rest is better lived than read: you taste it at the table, hear it at the counter, and sleep in it, in the calm of the Éislek.
