From late October to late February, the bistro at the Troisvierges outdoor pool switches to winter. Raclette or a hot stone in the middle of the table, and everyone helps themselves at their own pace.
The service and the choice of produce come from the Lamy house.
At the table
- Raclette on tabletop sets just like the ones at home, in a professional version. For two or more.
- The hot stone arrives sizzling on a wooden board: everyone cooks what they chose, just as they like it.
- 34 seats at the table, plus 12 on the aperitif sofas, no booking needed.
- The set menu for two · 86 €: 2 house aperitifs, 2 Traditionnelle raclettes, ½ litre of house wine in a carafe and 2 coffees.

- Closed Monday to Thursday
Closed on Friday 25 December and Friday 1 January. Fridays 11 and 18 December: private events, the restaurant is not open to the public.
