The menu is not required for the whole table: everyone chooses the menu or à la carte.
On 24, 26 and 27 December, the regular menu is also served, without the Menu Découverte. On the 25th, a shorter menu.
Cheeses by Hervé Mons, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, are served before the bûche: + 15 € with the menu, 15 € à la carte.
The sorbet of the pause can be served without alcohol.
